What to do once my shipment arrives? Before the driver leaves, inspect your shipment for any damage. If there is damage to the product, note this with the driver and do not sign for the shipment. Refuse the shipment and ask that it be returned to us. Notify us of the damage and refusal so we can begin work on a damage claim and get a replacement to you as soon as possible. If you are able, take photos of the shipment showing the damage and email them to eweber@dansshopinc.com. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
